RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return your purchase please notify our customer services team within 7 days on 01227 931130. To obtain a refund you must have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst they have been in your care.

If you fail to do so we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a charge determined by the condition of the goods.  Returned products must reach us within 28 days of the original delivery date. Please ensure to package and label the items carefully to prevent loss or damage in transit. The delivery charge for refunds is non-refundable unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Our handmade shades are made to order so it is not possible to refund these items unless you cancel in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulation, or the shades are faulty, or not as described. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you are returning heavy furniture items, then they can be taken away at the point of delivery free of charge. If you subsequently decide to return the products, we will make arrangements for the items to be collected from you. Please note this will incur a lead time. Our delivery service team will contact you directly to book the collection in with you. Unwanted goods can be returned free of charge under your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations or if we are notified within 7 working days of receipt after which a collection charge will apply at our standard rate (heavy furniture items £29.95). If the goods are being returned due to a fault or damage, then no collection fee will be charged.

If you have paid for delivery and return all the goods purchased on the order, then we will refund the original delivery charge. Part returns do not qualify for a delivery refund. Refund of delivery charges will be in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Following this period, you may still return the goods, but your original delivery charge will not be refunded, and a collection charge at our standard rate will apply (£4.95 for home accessories and £14.95 for furniture).

Selected lampshades are made to order. These goods are only produced upon the request and confirmation of your order. Any cancellations of made to order products will need to be in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations or within 14 days from the date your order was placed, after which the made to order goods will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the price of the goods. This amount will be deducted from any refund due to you.

Your refund will be processed as soon as possible and in any event within no more than 28 days of the day you have given us notice of cancellation.

Until the goods have been returned to us it is your legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. You are responsible if the goods are lost, damaged or destroyed. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have the right of action against you for compensation.

We will only make a refund using the same method of payment originally used by you for your purchase.

 

Returning Goods to Our Store

Goods may be returned for exchange, refund, or credit note within 14 days of the purchase date or date of delivery, providing they are returned in perfect, saleable condition, in any original packaging and accompanied by a receipt.
